"New Universal Unity" (NUU)

 Introduction:

The New Universal Unity “NUU” (Vahdate Novine Jahani) has been registered in 1972 in Iran -Teheran under the No 1347 and will be establish in Switzerland in line and under the Swiss civilian code of law (ZGB)

1- Doctrine and Purpose:

The "new universal unity", "„NUU“" is a regular organisation which:

a.            Is free from any fanatic enthusiasm in regards to religion, class, race and ideology.

b.            Is far from exterior and inside ideological conflicts in regard to any religions and believes - but not from God’s apprenticeship and Guidance.

c.             Is against destructive political activities, brutality, hostility and belligerent actions. (Members and followers are obliged to declared themselves to this statement. If anyone refuses to accept this, is personally responsible for his own behaviour).

d.            Has the target to establish develop and extend peace, Love and friendship among the people and other creatures also the unity of the religions, the believes, the opinions, and the ideologies.

§ .1- To Know oneself and to know God.

- Knowing God through knowing oneself are taught to the individuals and the society.

- To make the most powerful, the almighty, benevolent and merciful God known with the help of sound scientific and philosophical rationality and reasons for the purpose of fixture and reinforce the faith in the mind and hearts of the individual people.

- Deepening and intensification of the knowledge of the people about the endless universe and God-worshipping. The proof the existence of Mightiest source of Power i.e. God by the unification of rational thinking  and the caravan of the science of the epoch.

§ .2- Philosophy and knowledge

-       The explanation and expansion of “New philosophy” about the truths and the secrets of Creation (to know one-self, to know God, believe and Love a single God) should promote the knowledge and understanding of the individual persons to eliminate and remove the superstition.

-       Gratitude to the scholars, scientists, inventors, researchers, enlightened people, who serve the interest of mankind.

-       The highest coordination arrangement between religion and science, extension of welfare and happiness, betterment, prosperity, improvement and development of the society, spreading of human’s Love and sentiments all over the world, by means of suggestions, developments and training of the society, especially the youth, through the settlement of the school of "„NUU“", moral and spiritual purification that starts from one individual and extend to the whole society.

-       These functions are fulfilled with the help of teachers and instructors, lecturers and professors and all who are ready to dedicate a part of their time to construct the future of human being society and its security.

-       This intention should present a safe way to young generation, make possible for them to be in line of justice and truth, insure a future free from fanaticism, war, conflicts, hate and revenge.

§ .3- Publications:

-       With the help of scientific research and philosophical studies which in a simple and understandable language are issued, the necessity of cooperation and participation of all individual persons regardless of nationality, race affiliation, religious community, etc .will be attained.

-       This target will be promoted also with the help of the media (books, newspapers, Internet, etc). Spreading Love and affection, as well as preventing  of hate and aggressions are the principle of the publication.

§ .4- Moral purification and The school of spirituality.

-       Clarifying the people of the truth and the unity of the universe. This clarification is fulfilled by meditation, affection, spiritual and mental exercises (hypnotism, magnetism, spiritualism).

-       Unity, connection of the brain and heart of all people with each other.

-       Practical training and development of ethics and moral, with the help of the principles of all religions to strengthen the belief, so that every individual, feels the responsibility conscience and recognise his own duty and act accordingly and be aware and  pay attention to his attitude and  expressions.

-       Establishing a positive and motivating mental stand, for a better life with sense of understanding.

-       Execution of welfare actions for the removal of the human problems, within the framework of own possibilities.

-       To accept, serving the human being as a daily obligations.

-       Promote the welfare activities and striving for a high-quality moral-ethical way of life until: a glorious and magnificent world of the splendid new universal unity („NUU“), is reached.

§ .5- Reinforcing the family structure.

-       Plan, organise, arrange and strengthen the family structure on the basis of the: godlike principles, human nature and up to date scientific knowledge. The family structure is the most important foundation and element of a society.

-       Instruct and promote the basic foundation of family structure principles with regard to the transaction between married couple, the harmony between the family members, particularly the spouses. Besides other things, attention should be made to financial, economical and mental state.

-       Continuous education of the children, so that the following principles as far as possible are strengthened and internalised:

Ø Sexual understanding and marriage on the basis of mutual respect.

Ø Pay attention to human and godlike rules, standards and norms

Ø Mutual acknowledgement, motivation and promotion in scientific and ethical areas.

-    With charitable activities and helping people in fulfilling their necessities  the principles the “NUU“ should be always considered. In performing and doing these activities the women play a very important and crucial roles and perceive a special responsibility.

-       To present the best methods of satisfying the moral, psychological and human needs of the different age groups with the help of cultural educational guidance.

§ .6- Better living

-       Training, educating, promoting and extension of hygienic rules and health principles. To avoid and prevent all acts that are harmful to individual and social health, and the simultaneous spreading of the principles of the elements for better living.

§ .7- Public holiday and universal celebration:

-        A public and a common universal celebration all over the world is an important motive to the strengthening of the basis of unity and bringing the people together. To fulfil this target the new universal unity reckons the first day of spring –Norooz– as the “natural universal Feast”. In this day all the creatures and natural phenomenon in most parts of the Globe find enjoyable evolution and clamorous environment.

2- Memberships and organisation:

-       Having respect to founders, the first board of directors and members in Iran, we are introducing the member as follow:

§ .8- Members

a. -Member of board of directors:

-Consists of at least four members. They will be introduced on the first members’ gathering.

b. -Affiliated and fellow members:

-Members are individual persons or organisations who agree with the Doctrine and Purpose of “NUU“ and have demonstrated their agreement in writing by signing the membership forms. The members bind themselves to the payment of an annual member's fee and contribution. At the moment the amounts is 30sFr. Per year. The fee can a rise with approval of the chairman.

c.- Conformable and sympathisers:

Conformable and sympathisers are organisations and individual persons who have announced their agreement with the Doctrine and Purpose of “NUU“ orally or their agreement in one way or another is declared.

§ .9-organization:

Organisation structure is as follow:

-       A chairperson who is at the same time speaker of the organisation. (All letters, financial and administrative affairs are valid only with his exclusive personal signature)

-       An acting representative for administration, marketing and publications.

-       An acting representative for finance, co-ordination and special projects.

-       An secretary general and head of secretarial office.

-       Three members who cooperate with all partners involved.

-       The first board members are chosen first for a year and then for every four years.

3- Financing:

§ .10- the “NUU“ is a non-profit organisation.

- It serves neither the personal interest of the chairman nor the board members.

-       The expenses will be covered through membership fees as indicated on section 8 above and donations to the organisation, by chairman, board members, the affiliated and fellow members, conformable and sympathisers the members or other supporters and institutions.

-       To accomplish its target “„NUU“” reserves itself the right to execute business activities and get the  profit. The management of “„NUU“” has the right to donations other organisations or persons if assist to attain the association purposes.

4- Member's meetings:

§ .11- The member's meeting takes place regularly every year at the beginning of spring. The Chairman invites the members and announce the place of the meeting.

5- Jurisdictions:

§ .12- Zurich, Switzerland is selected for all matters including administrative an legal affairs concerning „NUU“

§ .14- In any other aspects which is not indicated here will be determined under the Swiss civilian code of law (ZGB).

The basic principles are represented in 7 chapters and 14 sections.

We  hope  that  the  development and promotion of the peace as well as the luckiness of the people all over the world will be affected and influenced and from high-ranking scientists and thinkers approved and welcomed.
